Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of ERISA experience in the retirement industry.
• 2-3+ years of client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Process plan-level service and administrative requests for existing clients, including drafting and executing plan amendments.
• Conduct consultations with employers regarding new plan design and amendments, documenting decisions, dependencies, and required information.
• Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, and submit finalized requests through designated workflows.
• Maintain complete and accurate plan records, tracking documentation, and status updates.
• Serve as a point of contact for employer and internal partner inquiries, providing clear communication, follow-up, and issue resolution.
