Qualifications

• 1–5 years of civil litigation experience required.

• Ability to independently manage cases in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment law matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and trial-related documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court and argue motions.
• Support mediations, arbitrations, and settlement efforts.
• Assist with trial preparation.
