Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience.
• Proficient in legal research, writing, and trial practice.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment litigation matters.
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in arbitrations and trials.
