The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years of experience, manages various cases from intake to resolution, and collaborates closely with clients and senior attorneys. Qualifications

• 2+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side.
• Active member of the California Bar.
• Experience with PAGA and wage & hour class actions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of single-plaintiff and PAGA/class action employment cases.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including discovery and trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
