A respected law firm seeks an Employment Defense Associate to independently manage employment litigation cases including deposition and motion drafting. This fully remote role offers significant responsibilities and exceptional mentorship. Ideal candidates will have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, a CA BAR license, and 2-5 years of litigation experience. Qualifications

• Must have passed the bar exam on the first attempt.
• 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Defense-side experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers in employment litigation.
• Draft and argue motions, including summary judgment.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Manage discovery and pre-trial preparation.
• Handle smaller matters independently.
