A respected law firm seeks an Employment Defense Associate to independently manage employment litigation cases including deposition and motion drafting. Qualifications
Must have passed the bar exam on the first attempt.
2-5 years of experience in employment litigation.
Defense-side experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Defend employers in employment litigation.
Draft and argue motions, including summary judgment.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Manage discovery and pre-trial preparation.
Handle smaller matters independently.
