The attorney will manage auto, trucking, rideshare, premises-liability and wrongful-death claims, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and negotiate settlements while coordinating closely with the founding partners.

Qualifications

• Approximately four to seven years of litigation experience.
• Active New Jersey Bar admission.
• Plaintiff personal injury experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage cases within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong client communication, drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage plaintiff personal injury matters through litigation and resolution.
• Handle automobile, trucking, rideshare, premises-liability and wrongful-death claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions and discovery materials.
• Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial.
• Communicate directly with clients and work closely with the founding partners.
