Stealth Law Firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for a 100% remote role in North Carolina. The position offers mentorship, a robust compensation potential, and a balanced schedule with no routine nights or weekends.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of litigation experience and Plaintiff-side PI exposure. Compensation includes a strong base with performance bonuses; benefits include medical, vision, 401(k), PTO, and health plan options.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience; 2–5 years preferred.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side personal injury cases involving auto/truck accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and premises liability.
• Manage pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and pretrial proceedings.
• Develop case strategies and evaluate liability, damages, and settlements.
