We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join a plaintiff-side litigation practice in San Francisco with a fully remote schedule. The role emphasizes ownership of files, frequent client contact, and handling matters from intake through resolution, with exposure to depositions and trial work.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience.
• Civil litigation background focusing on plaintiff personal injury.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment and manage active case deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from early evaluation through settlement or trial preparation.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, written discovery, and substantive motions.
• Prepare for and take depositions, including party and witness depositions, as experience permits.
• Assist with mediation and settlement strategy, including demand packages and negotiations.
• Support trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, and pretrial filings.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide practical case status counseling.
