Mission Recruiting seeks a plaintiff-side employment litigator to focus on strategy, depositions, and client advocacy. This fully remote role uses a structured, tech-enabled platform with dedicated support to minimize administrative tasks and keep cases moving efficiently.

Ideal candidates have five years of employment litigation experience, strong negotiation skills, and experience with wage-and-hour, PAGA, FEHA, ADA, wrongful termination, discrimination, or retaliation matters.
