• Communicate directly with clients and deliver a high-quality client experience.

Pay

• Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year


• Compensation & Incentives Base salary: $180,000–$225,000


• Performance-based incentives tied directly to settlements, with quarterly bonuses


• On-target earnings (OTE): $230,000–$300,000 in total annual compensation


• Top performers can earn $400,000–$500,000+ annually, including bonuses


• No billable hours requirement — results-driven compensation model

Location

Fully remote. Candidates may live anywhere in the U.S. but must be licensed with the California Bar.

Note

Candidates must have real employment law and litigation experience and be comfortable discussing historical settlement results and fee generation, particularly on the plaintiff side. Bonuses are paid out quarterly.
