Nanny Poppins Agency is seeking a Contract Placement Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team. This full-time, commission-based role emphasizes outbound prospecting, virtual interviews, and building a robust candidate pipeline across nationwide searches.

You will source, screen, and place candidates with clients, collaborating with other recruiters to close placements and share candidate pools in our Split Placement Network. A sales-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or recruiting experience.
• Commission-based sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, communication, and closing skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
• Experience with nanny, domestic staffing, household staffing, executive recruiting, or high-network clientele is a plus.
• Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Review resumes and applications.
• Match qualified candidates with open positions.
• Manage client and candidate relationships throughout the placement process.
• Collaborate with recruiters on split placements.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records.
• Follow agency Standard Operating Practices.
• Participate in daily team communication and meetings.
