Job summary

Modern Home Mortgage, LLC is seeking an experienced Mortgage Pipeline Manager to oversee the loan pipeline from application through underwriting, approval, clear-to-close, and closing.

This role requires strong mortgage process knowledge, superb organization, and proactive communication with MLOs, processors, borrowers, and management to keep files moving and deadlines met.

Flexible work-from-home options are available, and candidates with Spanish-speaking abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage industry and process from application to closing.
• Ability to read and understand underwriting conditions.
• Strong organization and pipeline-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable communicating with borrowers, MLOs, processors, underwriters.
• Tech-savvy with LOS usage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor active mortgage pipeline daily to ensure milestones are met.
• Track files from application to closing and identify delays.
• Collaborate with MLOs and processors to resolve outstanding items.
• Provide updates to clients and management with clear notes.
• Review borrower documents for completeness before submission.
• Manage deadlines for contingencies, appraisals, rate-locks, closings.
• Maintain accurate notes in the LOS and participate in pipeline meetings.
