Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a qualified operations professional to remotely control and monitor gas, liquids, and CO2 pipelines from a secure control center in Lakewood, Colorado. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and adherence to safety practices.

Your duties include training toward operator qualifications, coordinating with Scheduling and Field Operations, and ensuring reliable flow and pressure at receipt and delivery points.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years direct oil & gas experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Train and test on Tallgrass OCC assets toward operator qualifications (OQ).
• Monitor and control pipelines safely and efficiently.
• Respond to leak alarms and coordinate dispatch with operations and customers.
• Develop daily operating plans and communicate shift turnovers.
• Draft emergency communiqués and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
