Job summary

Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC is seeking a control center operative to remotely control, operate, and maintain the integrity of Tallgrass gas, liquids, and CO2 pipelines from a secure Lakewood, CO center. This role requires readiness for 12-hour shifts, rotating schedules, and on-call responses.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, 1–5 years in oil/gas, strong MS Office skills, and a valid driver's license. The company offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or related field preferred.
• Experience in oil/gas or 24x7 operations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control pipelines remotely to ensure safe operations.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies; coordinate with teams for timely actions.
• Dispatch and monitor assets using Tallgrass systems and processes.
• Coordinate nominations with Scheduling, Field Operations, and customers.
• Prepare daily operating plans and adjust configurations as needed.
• Maintain shift turnovers with clear verbal and written communication.
