Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. seeks a skilled pipefitter to lay out, fabricate, assemble, install and maintain piping systems in a demanding arctic environment. The role supports welding teams and requires reading isometrics, P&IDs, and drawings for proper installation.

Three to five years of pipefitting experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license are required. Rotation and on-site work in Prudhoe Bay, AK offer challenging, safety-focused opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three to five (3-5) years' experience in pipefitting in an industrial environment required.
• High school diploma or GED required; NSTC training is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by Worley.
• NSTC certification/training may be provided by Worley.

Responsibilities

• Select type and size of pipe and related materials per drawings and specs.
• Inspect worksites and plan installation sequences to avoid obstructions.
• Cut and bevel pipe using torches, saws, threading machines.
• Assemble and install valves and fittings as specified.
• Prepare pipe for welding and join pipe by threading as needed.
• Secure pipe to structures and use familiar tools and equipment.
• Fabricate, install, position components for testing, including hydrotesting.
• Operate company vehicles and comply with safety requirements.
