Job summary

Worley is seeking a Pipefitter ANC009Y in Anchorage for installation and maintenance of piping systems at the Worley Fabrication Facility. You will lay out, assemble, and fit piping per drawings, while coordinating with welders and other trades on a busy site.

The role requires 3–5 years of pipefitting experience in an industrial setting and a high school diploma or GED. Strong knowledge of codes, reading plans, and rigging is essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five (3-5) years’ experience in pipefitting in an industrial environment required.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems per drawings and specs.
• Inspect worksites and plan sequences to avoid obstructions and conflicts with other crafts.
• Cut, bevel, thread pipe; fit valves and fittings; prepare pipe for welding.
• Secure piping to structures and handle tools and equipment on industrial projects.
• Read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and equipment layouts for installation.
