Job summary

Riser Fitness is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations for multiple Pilates studios in a defined region. You will guide General Managers, drive membership growth, and manage staff performance across locations in a dynamic, retail/fitness environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic sales execution, and strong data-driven decision-making to reduce attrition and boost revenue. Pilates experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-location retail/service or fitness sales management experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor General Managers and Sales Associates.
• Experience managing revenue streams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts and membership growth strategies across multiple studios.
• Oversee grassroots marketing and community networking initiatives at the district level.
• Support and guide General Managers in executing the sales process to drive prospects into intro classes.
• Hire, train, and manage General Managers and Sales Associates within the district.
• Analyze revenue and attendance reports and implement corrective actions.
