Job summary

CasesDaily is hiring its first attorney to join a software-driven case-acquisition platform serving plaintiff personal injury firms. This role is remote with hours you control, and you will work directly with the founders as the company's initial attorney in residence.

You will leverage your license and PI knowledge to build trust with firm owners, explain value, and close high-value relationships. Equity discussions may follow for proven fit.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing.
• Personal injury experience is a plus.
• Ability to build trust with firm owners and speak their language.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls with firm owners to discuss cost per lead, close rate, and volume.
• Draft proofs orders and secure commitments from high-value firms.
• Manage and grow the signed firms’ orders and payments.
• Ensure compliance with TCPA, DNC, California SB37, CAN-SPAM, and related policies.
