Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Physician Recruitment Sourcing Manager working from home to lead sourcing for physicians across designated regions. The role involves managing a team, developing strategies, and coordinating with leadership to drive effective recruitment campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring extensive healthcare recruitment experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Some weekend calls and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years healthcare recruitment experience with management exposure.
• Knowledge of recruitment regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physician recruitment sourcing for defined specialties and regions.
• Supervise staff: interview, hire, train, assign, and evaluate performance.
• Develop sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates.
• Maintain candidate records in Salesforce and other systems.
• Represent HCA at virtual career fairs and events; some travel may occur.
• Collaborate with marketing to build digital assets and email campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to policies and drive process improvements.
