Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Physician Compensation Analyst to provide compensation analysis for leadership, Medical Group, and related teams. The role conducts market surveys, FMV analyses, and compliance activities with Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, collaborating with payroll and contract teams.

Qualifications

Prior experience in data manipulation, highly detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
Superior computer skills including working knowledge of worksheets, word processing, and data management.

Responsibilities

Perform market survey analysis and act as internal staff consultant on provider survey data.
Conduct FMV analyses and ensure compliance with Stark, Anti-Kickback and related laws.
Support physician compensation reviews, payroll uploads, and contract language development.
Develop compensation guidelines and maintain rate sheets; participate in annual rate updates and budgeting.
