Intermountain Health is seeking a Physician Compensation Analyst to provide compensation support and market data analysis for physician compensation programs and related offices. The role collaborates across the Medical Group, market and service lines to ensure accurate FMV analyses and compliant compensation structures.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple salary surveys, model compensation scenarios, and support annual rate updates while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in data manipulation, highly detailed oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Superior computer skills including working knowledge of worksheets, word processing, and data management required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in approximately 8 salary surveys and analyzes survey data; coordinates survey results within the database.
• Performs Fair Market Value (FMV) analyses and ensures compliance with Stark, Anti-Kickback, and related laws.
• Acts as internal staff consultant on provider survey data and researches market data as requested by management.
• Develops and maintains compensation guidelines; performs rate structure maintenance for standard compensation rate sheets.
• Performs audits on compensation and supports contract language; assists payroll with standard compensation models.
