Responsibilities

• Perform market survey analysis and weighting/aging of data.
• Analyze compensation data and provide market data to management.
• Lead FMV analyses and ensure compliance with Stark, Anti-Kickback and other laws.
• Coordinate annual rate updates and financial planning for physician compensation.
• Review physician contracts for compensation compliance and support payroll teams.
• Develop compensation guidelines and maintain rate structures.
• Lead ad-hoc data analyses and special projects as needed.
