Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Physician Compensation Analyst to provide compensation support and perform market survey analysis for the Medical Group, providers, and leadership. This role partners with the Director and Manager of Physician Compensation to analyze data and inform compensation decisions.

Responsibilities include FMV analysis, contract review for compliance, ad-hoc data modeling, and supporting payroll teams.

• Develop data models and FMV analyses and ensure compliance with laws.
• Review physician contracts for compensation compliance and support payroll teams.
• Lead or participate in annual rate updates and financial planning.
