Intermountain Health is seeking a Physician Compensation Analyst to provide compensation support and market analysis for physician groups, management, and leadership teams. The role emphasizes data integrity, survey weighting, and ad-hoc modeling to support compensation decisions.

The position requires collaboration across Finance, Payroll, and Contracting to ensure compliant, competitive physician compensation structures and timely data delivery.

• Prior experience in data manipulation, highly detailed oriented and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform market survey analysis and weighting/aging of data for internal use.
• Coordinate survey results and provide market data on physician compensation as requested by management.
• Conduct FMV analyses and ensure compliance with Stark, Anti-Kickback, and related laws.
• Review compensation in contracts and support payroll with standard compensation models.
