Job summary

Humana Inc. invites applications for a Virtual Physician Collaborator with CenterWell Medical Group, a new virtual care delivery group within Humana's Primary Care Organization.

This fully remote role supports patients who cannot see their PCP, coordinating with Nurse Practitioners and clinical leaders to ensure timely, high-quality care. It involves about 5 hours per month, reporting to the Associate Director, with travel limited to occasional training.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate from an accredited program.
• Board certification or board-eligible.
• 2+ years telemedicine/telehealth experience.
• 2+ years as a collaborating physician.

Responsibilities

• Regular chart review and coordinate monthly meetings.
• Serve as a resource for the Advanced Practice Provider to ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders about quality of care, review of outcome data, procedures, and records issues.
