Job summary

Humana Inc. presents a Virtual Physician Collaborator role for CenterWell Medical Group. This fully remote position supports seniors via virtual wraparound care, coordinating with Nurse Practitioners to close gaps in care and ensure timely access to medications and urgent clinical needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical leaders, quality of care review, and ongoing patient-focused guidance, reporting to the Associate Director. Approximately 5 hours per month are involved.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted medical license in LA, NC, MS, KY, MO, or IN.
• If supervising in LA, MS, or IN you must reside in that state.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Board certification or board eligible.
• 2+ years telemedicine/telehealth experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Collaborating Physician.

Responsibilities

• Complete regular chart review and coordinate monthly meetings.
• Be available as a resource for the advanced practice provider to ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders about quality of care, review of outcome data, procedure, and records issues.
