Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Virtual Physician Collaborator for CenterWell Medical Group to support CenterWell Senior Primary Care in a fully remote role.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Nurse Practitioners for high-quality patient care and requires 2+ years telemedicine experience and medical licensure in listed states. Scheduling includes approximately 5 hours per month with occasional travel to Humana offices.

Qualifications

• Licensed in LA, NC, MS, KY, MO, IN to practice medicine
• If supervising in LA, MS or IN you must reside in that state
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
• Board certification or eligibility
• 2+ years telemedicine/telehealth experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Collaborating Physician

Responsibilities

• Complete regular chart review and coordinate monthly meetings.
• Be available as a resource for the advanced practice provider to ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders about quality of care, review of outcome data, procedure, and records issues.
