Job summary

Humana Inc. through CenterWell Senior Primary Care invites applications for a Virtual Physician Collaborator. This fully remote role supports patients when they cannot see their PCP, coordinating with Nurse Practitioners and reporting to an Associate Director.

Approximately 5 hours per month are expected. Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO with board certification or eligibility and have telemedicine experience, with a physician collaborating background.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted medical license in LA, NC, MS, KY, MO, or IN.
• If supervising in LA, MS, or IN, you must reside in that state.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Board certification or board eligible.
• 2+ years telemedicine/telehealth experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Collaborating Physician.

Responsibilities

• Complete regular chart review and coordinate monthly meetings.
• Serve as a resource for the advanced practice provider to ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders about quality of care, outcome data review, and records issues.
