Job summary

DaMar Staffing seeks Physician Coding Educators to support professional fee coding accuracy, physician education, and documentation improvement in a remote consultant capacity. You will deliver focused education to physicians and coding staff, perform chart reviews and audits, and identify documentation gaps across ASC, surgical, and outpatient settings.

The educator will analyze coding trends, provide actionable feedback, and partner with leadership to improve compliance and consistency.

Qualifications

• Certified coder with CPC/CCS/CCS-P credentials.
• Experience educating physicians and staff in coding.
• Proficiency in chart reviews, audits and documentation accuracy.
• Knowledge of documentation standards, compliance and audit readiness.
• Ability to analyze coding trends and translate into education.
• Strong communication with physicians and revenue cycle teams.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate cross-functionally.
