Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Coding Provider Educator Professional Fee to lead training and detailed analysis across medical offices, promoting accurate clinical documentation and identifying risk‑adjustment opportunities through chart reviews and data analytics.

You will develop curricula, run provider sessions (in person and remote), audit charts, trend findings, and collaborate with Physicians and APPs to ensure CMS guidelines and documentation meet organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of provider audits, education, and training experience.
• Seven years of coding professional fee records experience.
• Knowledge of professional fee coding rules and Medicare billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead targeted training curriculums for physicians and APPs.
• Deliver in-person and remote education on risk adjustment and HCC.
• Perform regular chart audits and trend findings for improvement.
• Build collaborative relationships with physicians and APPs.
• Ensure CMS guidelines and documentation standards are met.
