Job summary

One Medical seeks a licensed Physician Assistant for its Virtual Medical Team to provide world-class, evidence-based care to patients 24/7. You will conduct telehealth visits, triage, and follow-up consultations from a fully remote setting.

The role requires MSPAS completion, active NCCPA certification, and current state licenses (AZ/CO/CA/OR/WA). Weekend shifts are required and compensation includes a base hourly rate with potential added differential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as a Physician Assistant for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency settings.
• Licensed in AZ CO CA OR or WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• AZ: must have >8000 hours and be eligible for PA collaborative status.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Current shifts range from 12p-11p PST, 7a-6p PST, 6a-5p PST.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including video visits, telephonic triage calls, and email follow-ups.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities to maintain clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles to coordinate care.
• Apply your clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual patient care.
