Job summary

One Medical is hiring for a full-time Virtual Medical Team PA to deliver world-class virtual primary care. You will treat patients via telehealth, engage in weekly Clinical Rounds, and collaborate daily with both virtual and in-office teammates to maintain high-quality care.

Applicants must hold MSPAS with active NCCPA, be licensed in AZ/CO/CA/OR/WA with ability to obtain more licenses, and be available for PST-based shifts including weekends. Competitive hourly pay and strong benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of Master’s Degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages.
• Currently licensed in AZ, CO, CA, OR or WA with ability to obtain additional licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Shifts range from 12p-11p PST, 7a-6p PST, 6a-5p PST; willingness to work with PST hours.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls and video visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilizing clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual patient care.
