Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a QA Specialist who communicates with clients, reviewers, and management to ensure a completed report is delivered by the customer requested due date.

You will ensure timely completion and overall completeness of reviewer reports, aligning with client requirements, company best practices, and clinical accuracy while helping to improve processes with the Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Healthcare/insurance experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular status updates to clients on report progress.
• Evaluate physicians' reports for client and jurisdictional standards and clinical rationale support.
• Clarify ambiguous report questions with clients and coordinate addenda requests.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports per client requirements and deadlines.
• Review reports for data accuracy, spelling, grammar, and formatting per client guidelines.
