R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Physician Advisor for a remote US-based role. You will review payor denial cases, verify documentation, and advise on appropriate authorization status with medical directors.

Strong clinical knowledge and independent work in a fast-paced environment are essential. MD/DO license required and 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience. Base pay ranges from $150,075 to $199,070 per year, plus a 10% annual bonus target.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO medical licensure.
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience post-residency completion.

Responsabilidades

• Review payor and customer cases in a timely manner.
• Engage with payor medical directors to discuss authorization status with documentation.
• Provide written analysis and perform case reviews across multiple specialties.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff addressing documentation and utilization issues.
• Address authorization, documentation support, and evidence-based criteria in complex evaluations.
