Responsibilities

• Review payor peer-to-peer cases where authorization was denied and evaluate if proper documentation supports admission status, procedure, and care setting.
• Advise clients on the appropriateness of requests based on available documentation and discuss cases with payor medical directors.
• Maintain high performance in a fast-paced, remote work environment with strong clinical knowledge across multiple areas.
• Engage with attending physicians to discuss status and provide written analyses of cases across multiple specialties.
