Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Over-the-Phone Sales Representative to contact customers by phone, identify needs, present products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role with a base pay of $600 weekly plus commission.

The position requires strong communication, persistence, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining CRM records and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, telemarketing, call center, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Answer inbound sales calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Generate new sales leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Overcome customer objections and confidently ask for the sale.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and previous customers to generate additional business.
• Document customer interactions and sales activity.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, pricing, and promotions.
