JLL is seeking an Environmental Phase I Report Writer to prepare Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in line with client requirements. The role involves gathering and analyzing data to identify potential environmental issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Phase I ESAs performed in accordance with ASTM E1527.
• Preferred certifications: ACM, Lead, Mold, Radon.
• Ability to gather and interpret historical environmental data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) per client specifications.
• Gather information from various sources to identify environmental concerns.
• Review and interpret federal, state, and municipal records.
