Job summary

JLL is seeking an Environmental Phase I Report Writer to prepare Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) following ASTM standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This position involves interviewing property owners, analyzing historical information, and ensuring timely delivery of reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Phase I ESAs performed in accordance with ASTM E1527.
• Preferred: state certifications for ACM, Lead, Mold, Radon.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for clients.
• Interview property owners to gather information on environmental concerns.
• Review historical information and interpret findings.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Education
