Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Biology, or related field.
• 2+ years writing Phase I environmental site assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) per ASTM standards and EPA regulations.
• Perform site reconnaissance and interviews to identify environmental concerns.
• Investigate historical land use using aerial photos, city directories, and regulatory databases.
• Analyze environmental records to assess contamination risks.
• Draft clear ESA reports with findings and recommendations.
• Prepare supporting documentation such as site maps and logs.
• Collaborate with project managers and reviewers to ensure success.
