Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license (state standards) and experience in pharmacy operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to train and coach employees in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for Centralized Refill Team employees.
• Develop and maintain onboarding and training materials, workflows, and competency assessments.
• Conduct virtual training sessions for technicians, pharmacists, and refill team members.
• Monitor quality audits and coaching based on audit findings; report metrics.
• Support standardization of training across specialties and process improvement initiatives.
