Description

The Team Lead Pharmacy Technician oversees the day-to-day operations of Central Fulfillment Pharmacy workflows, including workload balancing, coordinating technician activities, releasing orders to the production line, and supporting Central Fill projects. This role promotes operational efficiency, technician engagement, and workflow optimization. Responsibilities include assisting with new hire training, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of new workflows. The Team Lead serves as a liaison among pharmacy technicians, inventory specialists, pharmacists, and leadership to ensure the timely completion of daily work and effective communication across teams. They will collaborate closely with the Pharmacy Manager and Technician Supervisor to support operational goals and department initiatives.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Requires Indiana Pharmacy Technician License.
• Requires Pharmacy Technician National Certification.
• Requires the absence of criminal history related to the ability to work with drugs.
• Requires strong mathematical calculation skills.
