• Strong communication, multitasking, and critical thinking skills.
• Data entry and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete prior authorization questions within EMR and external websites for providers.
• Review charts, outreach providers & patients to obtain documentation to support the case.
• Contact payers to follow-up on pending cases.
• Contact pharmacies for coordination of care.
• Monitor and address inbox & phone calls.
