Job summary

Onco360, located in Buffalo, NY, is seeking an outbound phone support specialist for a full-time role. After an initial onsite training period, the position offers remote work with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour and a $3.00/hour shift differential for weekend schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy knowledge preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician office staff.
• Work with insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
