Onco360 in Waltham, MA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for Intake/Prescription Setup to support high-volume prescription processing. You will create patient profiles, process electronic and fax orders, and ensure accurate data entry for pharmacist verification.

Starting at $24.00 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before 10/31/2026. This full-time role offers growth potential, optional remote work after onsite training, and benefits including 401(k) matching, PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, sig codes and Roman numerals.
• Pharmacy terminology and brand/generic names knowledge.
• Ability to input data accurately and perform basic math.
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• Basic math and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates patient profiles and processes orders from electronic prescription and fax queues.
• Requests refill prescriptions as appropriate.
• Manages incoming documents from the fax server.
• Generates and types prescriptions from orders for pharmacist verification.
• Follows up on outbound prescription transfers.
• Clarifies patient demographic and clinical information needed to process prescriptions.
