Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our remote operations. You will handle data entry for prescriptions and make outbound calls to prescribers’ offices.

Ideal candidates have Indiana pharmacy technician licensure, 2+ years of experience, and strong communication skills. You will work in a supportive team, with training provided and benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration required
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• 1+ years of order entry experience
• High School Diploma / GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, use of the internet and email is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships with patients

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry for incoming prescriptions and outbound calls to prescribers' offices.
• Research issues with medication coverage with patients and doctors to help them obtain needed medications.
• Collaborate with peers and teams; participate in training and adapt to processes that support patient care.
