• Handle inbound and outbound calls while collecting patient and order data.
• Apply knowledge of coverage, reimbursement, and dispensing requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues with escalation to a pharmacist as needed.
• Maintain a customer-service culture with empathy and first-call resolution.
• Adhere to HIPAA and government compliance.
