Job summary

PipelineRx, now part of Evernorth Health Services, is hiring a Remote Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists and manage order flow for Care Delivery. This role requires overnight and weekend availability and operates on a 7-on/7-off schedule, with shifts 9p-8a EST or 7p-6a EST.

You'll monitor client coverage, triage calls, provide basic tech support, and collect clinical information. The Cigna Group offers day-one benefits, 18 days PTO, 401(k), and annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• National pharmacy technician certification.
• 1+ year institutional and 1+ year retail pharmacy technician experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and IT troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client coverage and assist pharmacists with order processing.
• Triage and manage high‑volume client calls.
• Provide basic technical support and coordinate with IT for advanced issues.
• Contact healthcare professionals to gather clinical or demographic information needed.
• Support workflow during downtime and help secure emergency shift coverage.
• Submit nightly shift reports.
