Job summary

AnewHealth, formerly part of ExactCare, seeks a Pharmacy Technician ATM CPN to support PACE clients and network pharmacies from a remote setting. You will handle electronic prescriptions, data entry, triage inquiries and assist in medication care plans under pharmacist supervision.

This full-time role follows a Thursday–Monday 3:30 PM–12:00 AM ET schedule, with rotating weekend coverage and potential extended hours to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Must be registered or eligible to become registered with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2-year pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Receives electronic prescriptions, weekly batches or refill requests and fills prescriptions under the direction of the Pharmacist.
• Performs pharmacy tasks such as handling, counting, mixing, and packaging medications.
• Enters minor edits to record correct dispensing quantity and manufacturer NDC.
• Performs reclamation duties and uses pharmacy software to check/record prescription data.
• Acts as liaison between customers, providers and the pharmacy; triages calls and messages to answer questions and process requests.
• Maintains patient profiles and documents medication care plans in the system.
• Ensures compliance, quality and privacy (HIPAA) in operations.
• Provides enrollment support for new PACE enrollees and coordinates medication delivery logistics.
