Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services, part of The Cigna Group, is hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician for a remote, work-at-home role. You will support pharmacy operations, translate prescriptions, enter patient data, and assist with outreach under state regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician work experience.
• Valid FL, IN or PA State Pharmacy Technician license required. National Certification a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic math/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle call queue, data entry and pharmacy queue work per procedures.
• Translate prescriptions and enter data in patient profiles per state regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and teams; support outreach to prescribers and patients.
• Ensure quality assurance and report adverse events.
