Amazon is seeking a work-from-home Pharmacy Technician to support the Medical Consumer Care team. You will handle inbound calls, outbound outreach, and tickets while following Amazon Pharmacy guidelines. A NH or MA residency and a pharmacy tech certification are required or supported by Amazon.

Qualifications

• New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy Technician certification on Day 1 (Amazon will help you obtain certification).
• Reside and work within the state of New Hampshire or Massachusetts.
• Meet minimum work-from-home requirements, including a secluded, non-public, secure location and the specified internet speeds.
• If residing in Massachusetts, hold an active pharmacy technician license in Massachusetts before the Day 1 start date.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from purchaser Care friends on a daily basis and meet assigned metrics.
• Make outbound calls for diffusion of purposes.
• Help CC pals by providing steering and feedback using a consultative approach to develop CC workforce expertise.
• Complete tickets to support patron Care group, including but not limited to replacements, reuploads, and miscellaneous responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate information on all Amazon Pharmacy guidelines, procedures, products, and services.
• Display and manage all help table assigned tasks each day.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated calls with the help of CC pals, manage escalated calls, and follow through until resolution.
• Report purchaser court cases and offer decisions according to set SLAs, escalating as appropriate.
• Investigate and report QREs.
• Serve as a touchpoint for any device, the era, or software program outages and notify all appropriate parties for resolution.
• Assist with incoming calls as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer information.
• Collaborate steadily with teammates.
• Demonstrate customer-centric focus and commitment to excellence.
• Participate in personal growth and improvement initiatives.
